Grey Pro Resin for Versatile Prototyping

Grey Pro Resin offers high precision, moderate elongation, and low creep. This material is great for concept modeling and functional prototyping, especially for parts that will be handled repeatedly.

Grey Pro Resin is ideal for:

  • Form and fit testing
  • Injection molded product prototypes
  • Mold masters for plastics, silicones, and more
  • Jigs and fixtures for manufacturing
Requires Resin Tank V2 for Form 3 and Resin Tank LT for Form 2. Grey Pro Resin decreases the lifetime of resin tanks. Read more about Resin Tank LT lifetime and Form 3 Resin Tank lifetime.

High Temp Resin for High Thermal Stability

High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. Use it to print detailed, precise prototypes with high temperature resistance.

High Temp Resin is ideal for:

  • Hot air, gas, and fluid flow
  • Heat resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures
  • Molds and inserts

Technical Data

High Temp Resin offers a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C @ 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins. Materials with higher HDT typically map to lower elongation.
MATERIAL HEAT DEFLECTION TIME @ 0.45 MPA (POST-CURED)¹ ELONGATION AT BREAK (POST-CURED)²
High Temp 238°C 2.3%
Standard 73.1°C 6.2%
Rigid 88°C 5.6%
Grey Pro 77.5°C 13%
Tough 48.5°C 24%
